All of our products, including all LED products, have a manufacture warranty, some up to 5 years. We provide sample lighting fixtures for your customer to see the fixture’s performance before they make a large investment.

Returns Material Policy

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

You may return all stock items, within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, less all shipping fees and restocking fees.  All Returns need to include all of the original accessories and instruction manuals and must be in the original box.  Items that have cut wires, dents, and scratches, show signs of installation or are missing the original product manuals will not be accepted for return or exchange. Please contact your representative so that a RMA # can be issued. All Items are not returnable without an RMA # and subject to a 25% Restocking Fee. THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDER FIXTURES MADE TO CUSTOMERS' REQUIRED SPECIFICATIONS. Credit may not be issued for returned merchandise held over 90 days from original invoice date.

Credits and Refunds on returned items will be issued within 5 days from the date of receipt of the returned product at our processing center after they have been evaluated.

Damaged Shipments:
Always look at your shipment when it arrives.  If anything is damaged, please contact us immediately.  Damaged claims need to be reported within 7 Business days from date of delivery.  No replacements for damaged product will be sent after 7 Days.

Broken Bulb policy:
On fixtures that include lamps or state "Lamp Included” in the description, Costless Lighting will not be responsible for defective or damaged lamps that arrive broken from shipping.  If we include the lamps or bulbs. they are free with the fixture and are non replaceable.  For bulbs that are purchased and arrive broken, the customer must contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 and file a claim with UPS, Costless Lighting reserves the right to replace or credit the customer.

Shipping and Handling  

Orders that exceed $250 and that are being shipped to a location within the contiguous 48 states will not be charged freight.  Orders must be shipping to one location using the carrier of our choice to qualify for free shipping.  Telephone and website orders totaling less than $250 will be charged freight.  Most orders ship UPS Ground unless otherwise specified by the customer and are usually delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on the customer’s location.  If an order is shipping via skid, customer is responsible for unloading the goods. Please have the necessary unloading equipment readily available at the shipment destination.  Orders placed before noon EST during normal business hours of 8am to 5pm EST, Monday through Friday will usually ship the same day.  **CostLess Lighting can NOT ship orders to a PO Box**

If an order requires an expedited service, please contact our customer service department at 866-633-6883.  Additional freight charges will apply. Orders shipping to  Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands are not eligible for the free freight with a purchase of $250.00.  Please contact us at 866-633-6883 for a freight quote.

All orders/ shipments are F.O.B origin; ownership of the order/ shipment passes to the customer as soon as it leaves our facilities.

Sales Tax 

Sales Tax charges will be applied to orders billed and shipped to customers located in the state of Ohio.  All other orders are tax exempt and it is the customer’s obligation to file sales tax. 

Credit Card Security 

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our server. They are not held in clear text on any web site. All our transactions are processed through Authorize.net. 

Privacy Policy

Cost Less Lighting, Inc. will not disclose buyer’s information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. Data collected by this site is used to: a.) Take and fulfill customer orders b.) Administer and enhance the site and service c.) Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
