You may return all stock items, within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, less all shipping fees and restocking fees. All Returns need to include all of the original accessories and instruction manuals and must be in the original box. Items that have cut wires, dents, and scratches, show signs of installation or are missing the original product manuals will not be accepted for return or exchange. Please contact your representative so that a RMA # can be issued. All Items are not returnable without an RMA # and subject to a 25% Restocking Fee. THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDER FIXTURES MADE TO CUSTOMERS' REQUIRED SPECIFICATIONS. Credit may not be issued for returned merchandise held over 90 days from original invoice date.
Credits and Refunds on returned items will be issued within 5 days from the date of receipt of the returned product at our processing center after they have been evaluated.
Damaged Shipments:
Always look at your shipment when it arrives. If anything is damaged, please contact us immediately. Damaged claims need to be reported within 7 Business days from date of delivery. No replacements for damaged product will be sent after 7 Days.
Broken Bulb policy:
On fixtures that include lamps or state "Lamp Included” in the description, Costless Lighting will not be responsible for defective or damaged lamps that arrive broken from shipping. If we include the lamps or bulbs. they are free with the fixture and are non replaceable. For bulbs that are purchased and arrive broken, the customer must contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 and file a claim with UPS, Costless Lighting reserves the right to replace or credit the customer.
