How can I get free shipping?
Orders that exceed $300 and are being shipped to a location within the contiguous 48 states will not be charged freight. Orders must be shipped to one location using the carrier of our choice to qualify for free shipping. Orders totaling less than $300 will be charged freight. Most orders ship FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified by the customer and are usually delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on the customer’s location. If an order is shipping via skid, customer is responsible for unloading the goods. Please have the necessary unloading equipment (dock, forklift if necessary) readily available at the shipment destination. Our normal office business hours are Mon - Fri 8a - 5p EST. Most orders not requiring custom work will usually ship in 24 business hours. **Cost Less Lighting can NOT ship orders to a PO Box**

Orders shipping to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands are not eligible for the free freight with a purchase of $300.00. Please contact us at 866-633-6883 for a freight quote.
All orders/ shipments are F.O.B origin; ownership of the order passes to the customer as soon as it leaves our facilities.
When will my order ship?
Most orders placed by noon eastern time (EST) on weekday usually leave out warehouse the same day. If you need a rush placed on your order, please call customer service at 866-633-6883 to notify us and discuss solutions. Please do not just email.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. We will email you the tracking number once it is available, which is usually the following business day (excluding special orders, designs and back orders). FedEx is our default carrier.
How long does it take for an order to get to me?
Most non-custom orders will ship with 24 business hours. Once it leaves our warehouse, the time will depend on the carrier. Orders which qualify for free shipping will generally ship FedEx ground or similar. Our default shipping speed is FedEx Ground.
What options are available for shipping?
Our default shipping option is FedEx Ground or similar. Free shipping for $300+ orders is always FedEx Ground or similar to the contiguous lower 48 states only. We can ship second day or next day – if you need those options please contact us at 866-633-6883 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know – that option is available. We also ship skid and semi sized loads orders on a daily basis. We love big orders.

Do you offer volume discounts?
Please call to discuss discount programs. Please note discounting is dependent of the exact item, inventory levels, market conditions and size of the order (large to very large+). Discounting isn’t available all items.
Can I get a lighting expert to call me?

Do you sell lighting products not on the website?

Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, 7.25%. Your local/State tax rates may apply.
Can I get a spec sheet on my product?
Spec sheets should be listed next to each product. If you cannot locate a spec sheet you need, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
